Shipping Cost

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over US$100. For orders below US$100, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Asia: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–14 business days depending on destination

Order Tracking

As we handle shipping personally to ensure your order is handled with care, tracking numbers may not always be available. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to contact us directly.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

VANNI is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you experience any issues.
